Capture daily incident counts per site. Your site, SRM, RD and country are auto-filled from your Midway login, and the date is locked to today. Just enter the number for each incident type and submit.
The incident data merging and processing workflow is not finalised yet. Detailed instructions on how the data will be merged and used will be shared here in a future update.
